Administrator



Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator with a passion for Golf to support a growing business in Basingstoke. This is a part time role starting off working 2 to 3 days a week.



Responsibilities as an Administrator:


  • Answering incoming calls and managing the inbox

  • Carrying out data entry tasks on Salesforce

  • Ordering office and workshop supplies

  • Managing customer appointments

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Liaising regularly with US team to chase and expediate orders, resolve delays ect

  • Maintain and update customer records

  • Produce reports and spreadsheets

  • Assist in the warehouse with light production duties

  • Maintain an organised and well stocked workshop environment




Requirements:


  • Previous administrative experience

  • Passion for Golf

  • Strong Microsoft Skills

  • Excellent time management and ability to hand a fast-paced workload

  • Excellent customer service experience




The Role:


  • £13.25 per hour

  • 2 – 3 days per week (opportunity to increase in the future)

  • Ongoing temp to perm role
