Key Responsibilities as an Operations Manager:
- Lead manufacturing, supply chain and engineering operations
- Drive productivity, quality, safety, and delivery performance
- Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and lead high-performing operational teams
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards (AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience within an engineering and manufacturing operation
- CNC Knowledge, with precision engineering understanding
- Excellent management and large team leadership experience
- Proven ability to improve operational performance and lead teams
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
- Confident to support with large scale growth of the business
