Pertemps are working with a well-established client in Saltash to recruit a Sales Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team.

Location: Saltash
Hours: 35 hours per week
Pay: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Temporary for 12 weeks, with strong potential to go permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with existing retail customers over the phone
• Introducing tailored product deals from a preloaded system
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handling queries and offering excellent service
• Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Sales-driven mindset with a natural ability to upsell
• High attention to detail when processing orders
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service
