🚚 Temporary Van Driver – Launceston (£12.25/hr)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: £12.25 per hour
Location: Launceston
We’re currently recruiting for a Temporary Van Driver to support a busy operation in Launceston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the move and working independently. Initially a 12 week temp role, this is expected to extend into a fixed term contract for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a van to deliver and collect goods
- Load and unload the vehicle – physical fitness is essential
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with clients and colleagues
- Full UK driving licence
- Physically fit and able to handle manual loading/unloading
- Clear DBS check (must be completed prior to starting)
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.25
- Weekday working hours – no weekends
- Supportive team environment
