Contract Manager (Cleaning Services)
Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across the South West & Wales
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with previous cleaning management experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Benefits: Company Car/Car Allowance, Bonus Scheme
Location: Covering
Due to the nature of the position, a full UK driving licence is essential, as regular travel between sites will be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple cleaning contracts across various locations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, training and development of staff.
- Carrying out site audits and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
- Handling client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring sites have appropriate staffing levels, equipment and supplies.
- Managing performance, disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company procedures.
- Providing ongoing coaching, guidance and support to teams.
- Previous experience managing commercial cleaning contracts is essential.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience with recruitment, training and staff development.
- Health & Safety knowledge or qualifications advantageous.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Flexible approach to working across sites and supporting operational requirements.
- £30,000 - £32,000 annual salary.
