IT Assembly & Configuration Technician
We’re looking for 2 proactive individuals to join our clients growing team, working in a fast-paced production environment assembling self-checkout systems and cashpoint machines and performing light IT configuration. If you enjoy working with your hands, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable around tech, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This role is approximately 90% hardware / 10% software, and includes:
- Assembling self-checkout units and related hardware components
- Basic IT configuration, such as installing operating systems or software images
- Testing and troubleshooting hardware to ensure everything works as expected
- Following build instructions and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the process
- Hands-on experience with hardware assembly or similar technical work
- Comfortable with basic IT tasks (e.g., imaging, software installs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Able to lift and move equipment as needed
- A team player with clear communication skills
