In this role varied looking after selected customers and your responsibilities as the Credit Controller will include:
Responsibilities of the Credit Controller will include, but will not be limited to:- Liaising with customers to chase overdue payments via phone and email
- Address and resolve invoice and payment queries
- Allocate incoming payments and maintain records
- Collaborate with the wider team and other departments
- Plus, a range of other activities
The successful Credit Controller will require the following skills and experience:- Prior credit control experince
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
