Sheridan Maine are proud to be working with a Hampshire based well-established business to recruit a Qualified Finance Manager.
This role is varied in content and works closely with the Finance Director and will oversee all of the day-to-day accounting activities. This is a newly created role and offers a great career opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities of this role will include;
- Responsible for managing a small team
- Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day financial accounting transactions
- Month end closing for multiple entities
- Statutory Reporting
- Supporting the business with external and internal audit requirements
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;
- Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Strong team management skills
- Advanced excel skills and ERP knowledge
- Experience working in an international business (desirable)
The ideal candidate for this position will be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and have previous management experience.
It would also be advantageous to have a background in Manufacturing or Technology.
