Sheridan Maine are proud to be working with a Bristol based SME organisation to recruit a Qualified Finance Manager.
This role is varied in content, works closely with the Finance Director and will oversee all of the day-to-day accounting activities. This is a newly created role and offers a great career opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities of this role will include;
- Responsible for managing and developing a small team
- Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day financial accounting transactions
- Month end and year end reporting
- Providing key support with system improvements and integrations
- Supporting the business with external and internal audit requirements
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;
- Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- IT/ Tech savvy with experience of ERP systems
- Strong technical accounting knowledge including up to date accounting standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
