Junior Credit Controller

Sheridan Maine is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking for their first step into credit control.
 
Working for a key part of the business and responsible for your own ledger of accounts, the Credit Controller responsibilities will include:

• Chasing managed accounts to settle balances
• Sales ledger payment allocations
• Direct debit collection and registering the mandates
• New account set up and dispute escalation/monitoring
• Internal liaison with finance, billing and sales for accurate ledger reporting

 
As a successful applicant, you will have previously worked within an office environment and ideally have some finance or credit knowledge. You will be a strong communicator both internally and externally whilst possessing an excellent customer service ethos when dealing with customers. 
 
Support of AAT/ICM studies will be available after the probation period, as well as free parking, 25 days holiday and bonus scheme.
