Management Accountant- hybrid

Do you have management accounts experience and are looking for a career within a dynamic business? Sheridan Maine is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing company in Reading. 
 
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will encompass all aspects of management accounting and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Prepare and distribute monthly management accounts
• Provide variance analysis and commentary
• Ensure the timely month end close of financial activities such as journals, accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations
• Review and develop processes and systems
• Provide financial support with ongoing projects
• Produce a range of financial reporting for the business
• Analyse data and identify anomalies

 The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven management accounting experience
• Strong analytical and IT skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience of working with a range stakeholders
• Part qualified or qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
