We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Corporate Tax Executive to join a growing and ambitious tax team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including owner-managed and entrepreneurial businesses, and to build both your technical expertise and advisory experience within a supportive and progressive environment.

You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality corporate tax compliance service, while also supporting more senior colleagues on advisory projects. As part of a collaborative team, you will have the chance to develop your tax knowledge, work closely with experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of junior team members.

Your responsibilities as the Corporate Tax Executive will include:
  • Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations for a varied portfolio of clients.
  • Assisting with the management of tax compliance processes, ensuring deadlines for tax returns and payments are met.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and dealing with HMRC correspondence.
  • Supporting Managers and Partners on tax advisory projects and planning assignments.
  • Coaching and developing junior team members, helping them build their technical confidence.
  • Shaping your role based on your skills, interests, and career aspirations.

We are looking for candidates who:
  • Are ATT or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent); CTA qualification or studying towards CTA is advantageous.
  • Have gained tax compliance experience within a mixed tax, personal tax, or corporate tax environment.
  • Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
  • Have excellent organisational abilities and can manage deadlines effectively.
  • Are eager to develop their tax knowledge and progress within a growing firm.
