    • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide a seamless client experience.
    • Champion the use of cloud accounting systems, automation, data analytics and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.
    • Maintain high standards of quality, risk management and regulatory compliance.
    • Support business development activity, including nurturing existing client relationships and contributing to new opportunities.

The Successful Business & Accounts Advisory Manager Will Have:
  • ACA or ACCA qualification.
    • Previous experience gained within a reputable accountancy practice environment.
    • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, with IFRS experience highly desirable.
    • Proven experience managing a client portfolio and reviewing accounts work prepared by others.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
    • Strong technology skills, including experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and practice software.
    • Demonstrable people management experience, with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop others.
    • Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify issues, provide solutions and add value.

What's on Offer

    • Exposure to a broad range of clients across multiple sectors.
    • A varied role combining technical accounts work with genuine advisory responsibilities.
    • Direct access to senior leadership and decisionmakers.
    • Ongoing professional development and career support.
    • A collaborative, technology-driven working environment.
    • Clear progression opportunities within a rapidly growing business.
