This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to shape how data is used across our pharmacy operations. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports that give our teams visibility into productivity, performance, and stock management. Working closely with operations, finance, and IT, you’ll turn raw data into actionable insights that improve efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Google Analytics
  • Design reporting solutions that track key operational metrics across pharmacy operations
  • Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, visual format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Integrate data from ERP systems, particularly Sage X3, to ensure real-time and accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and build tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements through data
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal standards
Requirements

Essential:
  • Proven experience in a data analytics or reporting role
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Google Analytics
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and other data manipulation tools
  • Experience working with ERP systems; Sage X3 experience highly desirable
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Desirable:
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or supply chain sector
  • Knowledge of database querying (SQL) or data integration tools

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Flexible working environment
  • Opportunity to shape a new function within a growing company
  • Potential for the role to transition into a permanent position
