AM / PM / Night Shifts Available
Location: Rugby
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent (or Permanent – depending on your setup)
Pay: Pay rates vary by shift & skill set
About the Role
We’re currently recruiting reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company in a clean, modern warehouse environment.
Multiple shifts available to suit your lifestyle – AM, PM, and Night shifts.
Shifts Available
- AM Shift
- PM Shift
- Night Shift
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Using handheld scanners and following pick lists
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit – some heavy lifting may be required
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekly pay
- Ongoing work with potential for permanent contracts
