Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Data Protection Administrator to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations within our Data Protection function. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support across the department, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What you will be doing as Data Protection Administrator
  • Manage incoming emails and correspondence, directing queries appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases in line with company policies.
  • Log and maintain data protection trackers (SAR and EIR)
  • Extract and combine information for information requests
  • Work closely with the wider team to manage and escalate risks, complaints or data breaches.
  • Support the production of data protection-related standards and guidance documents.
  • Respond to data protection queries
What you should bring to the role
  • Previous experience in an administrative role with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
