Pertemp's Crawley are working with a unique fun friendly company in Cranleigh who are looking for a Sales Administrator.
The role has come around due to rapidly expanding and being a leading provider within their industry.
-Assisting the sales team with booking in and managing engineers
-After sales follow up ensuring the client is happy with the service provided
-Raising invoices for the set contracts in place once works complete
-Ensuring the job is logged and completed on the database
-To work very closely with the Operations Co-ordinator
-To ensure that the company is compliant and covered with regards to insurances, vehicles, payment systems and technician and operational certifications
The ideal candidate will have:
-Sales administration experience
-An outgoing and friendly approach
-Organised and be able prioritize your work load
-Be able to work well under pressure
The core hours for this role are 8:30am - 5:30pm, free parking along with a range of other benefits. Plus a competitive salary is on offer.
