Pertemps Crawley are working with a business in Redhill who have been established for over 30 years, seeking an Administration Assistant to Assist the Export Team.
General admin duties; Answering the phone, take messages, transferring calls to relevant staff
Use different software (Excel, outlook, bespoke CRM) in order to keep all records up to date
Preparing paperwork and commercial invoices for customer Exports.
Checking and filing client paperwork
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Excellent customer service & communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Accuracy and strong attention to detail
Previous administration experience, experience in Logistics desirable but not essential
