Pertemps have partnered with a well-known company in the Horley area who have over 40 years of experience in their trade, looking for a Customer Service Administrator.

The Role:
  • Taking incoming calls from customers & managing an email inbox
  • Taking detailed information/orders and processing these onto the system
  • Keeping the customer updated & maintaining the database
  • Answering any queries or concerns from customers
  • General administrative tasks

The person:
  • Excellent communication & organisation skills
  • Previous experience with MS packages or CRM systems
  • Self-motivated & confident
  • Previous customer service experience
