WORKS SCHEDULER

Pertemps Crawley are working alongside an established, successful installation and maintenance company based in Horsham, looking for a proactive, dynamic and detail-oriented Works Scheduler to join their high-energy team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organisation and problem-solving, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Plan and schedule all planned and reactive works requests
• Assess and ensure resources are efficiently allocated
• Keep track of maintenance activities using our advanced CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and provide insightful reports to management
• Liaise closely with internal teams for updates and site access
• Continuously seek ways to improve maintenance scheduling processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a scheduling role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to anticipate and solve issues proactively
• Proficiency in CRM systems

• Working hours of 8.30am - 5pm
