Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Coordinator to join a successful and well-established SME within the building services sector, based in Edenbridge.
This position would suit someone who enjoys a varied role with plenty of responsibility, working in a fast-paced and supportive environment where no two days are the same.

The Role:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, supporting engineers, contractors, and clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple CAFM systems daily
- Coordinating reactive call-outs for engineers and subcontractors
- Raising and processing invoices for reactive works
- Preparing and issuing quotations for small works projects
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of completed works
- Supporting the setup and continuous improvement of internal systems and processes
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the wider team
The Person:
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or similar administrative role within engineering, building services, or a related industry
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CAFM or CRM systems would be highly advantageous
- Comfortable working in a reactive, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
The Package:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
- £27,000 - £32,000pa
- Company benefits: 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), contributory pension & free parking
