Job Description
We’re currently working on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing SME based in Edenbridge, to recruit a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a busy, fast-paced team.
This is a highly practical, “lead from the front” role — ideal for someone who thrives in a working environment where they are just as involved on the warehouse floor as they are in supervising the team.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include:
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of warehouse activity and workflow
- Coaching, directing, and supporting team members to ensure strong performance and consistency
- Coordinating the safe and efficient movement of goods in and out of the warehouse
- Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring systems are kept fully up to date
- Overseeing the full order cycle from picking through to packing and dispatch
- Ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are processed correctly with accurate paperwork
- Carrying out basic checks on equipment and escalating any repair needs
- Supporting in assembly/build tasks when operationally required
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and operating at a high standard
- Supporting onboarding and day-to-day guidance of new starters and apprentices
About You
- Experienced working within a warehouse environment, ideally with some supervisory exposure
- Highly organised with a strong focus on accuracy and detail
- Physically capable of supporting manual handling duties when needed
- Forklift trained
- Confident working with warehouse systems and processes
- Clear and effective communicator who can guide and support a team
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a busy SME setting
The Package
- £28,000–£30,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
