7.5T Driver – Temp to Perm

We are looking for an experienced 7.5T Driver to join a busy distribution company, delivering to businesses across the Surrey and South West London.This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering £16.00 per hour, with regular overtime available.

The role will involve:

• Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy
• Driving a 7.5T vehicle safely and efficiently
• Delivering goods to businesses across your allocated patch
• Loading and unloading the vehicle each day
• Building strong relationships with regular customers
• Providing a professional and friendly customer service
• Following delivery schedules and ensuring all deliveries are completed on time
  
  

To be considered, you will need:

• A valid 7.5T / C1 driving licence
• A valid Tachograph card
• Up-to-date Driver CPC
• At least 6 months' experience driving HGV/LGV vehicles
• A flexible approach and willingness to work overtime when required
• Availability to work occasional Saturday mornings
• Good customer service and communication skills
  
  

Hours: Starting at 6:00am each morning
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Overtime: Regular overtime available
