Outreach Advisor – Community Support
Horsham | 7-month FTC | £27,500pa equivalent
*Driving licence & own car required due to the community-based nature of the role*

We’re working with a highly reputable and well-established charity in Horsham who are looking for an Outreach Advisor to join their team on a 7-month fixed-term contract.
💚 What will you be doing?
This is a genuinely rewarding role where no two days are likely to look the same.
Rather than being office-based, you’ll be out and about across the local community, meeting residents in different settings, attending community events and talks, carrying out one-to-one appointments and, occasionally, visiting people in their own homes.
You’ll provide practical advice and support across areas such as:
A big part of the role will also be building relationships within the community - working with local charities, community groups and partner organisations to develop a strong network of support and make sure residents can access the right help when they need it.
It’s a role where you’ll meet lots of different people, build meaningful relationships and, most importantly, see the difference your support can make.
