Job Description
We are currently looking for warehouse Operatives to work at a busy client of ours in Manor Royal, Crawley
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Check incoming goods against delivery notes and report any damage, shortages or discrepancies.
- Store products correctly and keep stock areas organised.
- Pick customer or production orders accurately using paperwork or handheld scanners.
- Pack, label and prepare goods for dispatch.
- Load completed orders onto delivery vehicles.
- Complete stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Follow warehouse procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Use warehouse equipment such as pump trucks or pallet trucks, where trained.
- Keep the warehouse, work areas and equipment clean and tidy.
- Work as part of a team to achieve productivity, accuracy and service targets.
- Report any issues, damaged goods or equipment faults to the supervisor.
