An accumulative of over 100 years IT experience and a £1.5m IT contract biller at the helm has assured that this business have grown to 18 in this short time with a 93% retention rate over 2017. However, there will be no stopping there and with a 3000 sq ft office space already purchased and doubling turnover year on year, we wouldn't bet against it. That's what we call unique.
What do you do with 3000 sq ft of office space? Fill it with the best trainee talent in the business.
You will have the opportunity to initiate the recruitment process for an initial academy of 4, ensuring that they have the best possible footing to succeed in the industry. You'll have full management responsibilities over the training academy including;
• Recruiting ambitious individuals suitable for the Training Academy roles available.
• Implement training & development plan through group and one-to-one coaching.
• KPI setting & reviews.
• Management of staff to maintain a motivated and happy work-force.
Following the success of the first academy, you will continue to recruit train and retain further academies, becoming an integral part to the growth plans of this business with the opportunity to progress into directorship.
