Airline Auditing Lead

We have an opportunity for an experienced Airline professional who has experience in conducting and facilitating regulatory airline and airport audits to be trained in the role of an Aircraft De-Icing Manager for a major ground handling agent based at London Heathrow Airport (TW6)

Once trained, the post holder will facilitate and assist third-party airline customers with aircraft De-Icing and compliance audit inspections.

No De-Icing auditing experience is required as full training will be provided. You must have a strong background in an auditing capacity from within the aviation industry.

The financial package for this Airline Auditing Lead is as follows:
• Salary of £54,000 per annum.

Responsibilities of the Airline Auditing Lead:
• Assisting airlines with Quality and Compliance Audits.
• Manage all compulsory audits and staff training records.
• Ensure all training and de-icing records are compliant and ready for inspection.
• Investigating de-icing SLA’s failures and providing corrective action.
• Collating reports on airline operational performance.
• Conduct customer performance meetings.

The ideal Airline Auditing Lead will have the following skills and experience:
• A Minimum of 5 years of Airline/Ground Handling Auditing or compliance experience.
• Experience in airside Health & Safety, Accident investigations, and regulatory compliance checks.
• Experience in presenting and delivering reports to Senior Management and airline professionals.
