Do you have experience of working Airside at London Heathrow Airport??
We have a requirement for a temporary Customer Service Assistants to help perform Market Research surveys for a temporary project that will last 2 – 3 months from July 2025 at Heathrow Airport (TW6).
Market Research Assistants help perform a variety of passenger experience surveys with passengers traveling through the airport and monitor how facilities provided by the airport are utilised.
Due to the nature and location of this role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have previously worked airside at Heathrow Airport and you are familiar with passenger boarding gates areas within the terminal.

The duties of the Customer Service Assistant will include:
- Monitor passenger flows and accurately record data onto an iPad and click counter.
- Analyse passenger gate areas and record passenger flows for inbound and outbound flights.
- Perform surveys and questionnaires with passengers arriving and departing the UK.
- Experience of working AIRSIDE at Heathrow airport (essential requirement).
- The ability to communicate with international passengers in a polite and confident manner.
- The ability to stand for lengthy periods and perform task on an iPad.
- The ability to work shifts to cover a roster that will include weekends and Bank Holidays.
- The ability to work shifts between 0530 hrs – 2230 hrs.
- Payrate of £13.25 p/h - £14.01 p/h dep on exp.
- 30 hrs to 40hrs per week.
- Criminal Record Check (DBS) re-imbursed after 4 weeks.
