Project Manager to join our lively team and play a key role in the smooth running of our operations.
Working Hours- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Oversight- Plan, manage, and execute projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for each project phase.
Timeline & Milestone Management- Create detailed project schedules and maintain updated timelines.
- Monitor progress against milestones and proactively adjust plans as needed.
Resource Coordination- Allocate resources efficiently across teams to meet project demands.
- Balance workload and capacity to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
Stakeholder Communication- Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Facilitate regular status updates and provide transparent reporting.
Risk Management- Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
Team Leadership- Mentor and guide the Junior Project Manager, ensuring task clarity and growth.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional development within the team.
Must-Have Skills- Project Planning – Develop clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
- Time Management – Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage schedules.
- Resource Coordination – Allocate team and technical resources effectively.
- Communication Skills – Clearly convey information to stakeholders and teams.
- Reporting & Analytics – Track metrics, build reports, and present progress.
- Risk Management – Identify potential issues and implement mitigation plans.
- Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong engagement with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Leadership & Mentorship – Guide junior team members, especially the Junior Project Manager.
- Problem-Solving – Resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully.
- Tech Proficiency – Use project management tools like MS Project, Trello, Jira, or Asana.
