A leading manufacturing business is seeking a highly credible and commercially focused HR Advisor to join an established HR function in order to provide a truly generalist service.
Based from Head Office this is a newly created role following a restructure within the HR function, and as such will provide you with the platform to develop as a HR practitioner within this fast paced organisation whilst being given the opportunity to make a clear and positive impression within the organisation.
Aligned to a specific internal customer base you will have regular interaction with a number of key senior internal stakeholders, dealing with both operational HR issues and project work. This is a truly exciting time to be joining the organisation as they seek to double turnover by 2023; you will have a key part to play in the business realising this ambition.
To be considered for this role you will:
Be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or studying towards);
Be a generalist HR practitioner that has gained specific experience around the creation and delivery of Leadership/Management training programs;
Be commercially minded, curious, seek to make improvements and not feel the need to be handheld;
Have a stable career history having shown growth and development in the roles that you have held;
Have worked within an SME in a fast paced industry.
