Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: £25,000 per annum
Contract: Temporary – PermanentWe are seeking a professional and motivated Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client based in Droitwich. The successful candidate will be handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with care and efficiency. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so it is vital that support is given and issues are resolved ensuring an excellent customer experience.
The duties of a Customer Service Advisor: - Answering inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Logging and updating customer information accurately on the systems.
- Providing advice, information, and support to customers.
- Escalating queries or issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic approach with all customers.
The requirements of a Customer Service Advisor: - Previous experience in customer service or call handling is desirable
- Experience working with Salesforce is an advantage
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
