We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join a specialist engineering and fabrication company based in Pershore. The role will involve producing high-quality aluminium and stainless-steel fabrications within a precision-led manufacturing environment.
You will work from engineering drawings, set up welding equipment, complete visual checks, and ensure all work is produced to the required quality standards.

You will work from engineering drawings, set up welding equipment, complete visual checks, and ensure all work is produced to the required quality standards.
Duties Include:
- Carrying out TIG welding on aluminium and stainless-steel components
- Working with material thicknesses ranging from approximately 1.5mm to 30mm
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Setting up and operating TIG welding equipment
- Completing visual checks on finished welds
- Working to regulated welding procedures and quality standards
- Supporting production targets and project deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe welding area
- Completing training to maintain relevant welding qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven TIG welding experience, particularly with aluminium
- Experience working within a coded or regulated environment
- Ability to work from detailed engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to fine tolerances
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Previous coding to ISO 9606 is beneficial
- NVQ, City & Guilds, or a relevant welding qualification is beneficial
- Experience in defence, aerospace, motorsport, or similar sectors is desirable
