Location: Bromsgrove
Pay: £13.05 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, usually 7:00am–4:00pm
Contract: Temp to perm

Pertemps are recruiting an experienced Van Delivery Driver on behalf of a large company based in Bromsgrove. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity delivering refrigerated goods, suited to someone with a strong background in multi-drop van driving. Ideal for someone looking for an immediate start!

Responsibilities:

• Completing multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Handling refrigerated goods carefully and following the company’s temperature-control procedures.
• Checking goods against delivery paperwork and recording deliveries accurately.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects or concerns.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle.
• Providing a polite, professional service to customers.
• Following road traffic regulations and company health and safety procedures.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday.
• Usual working hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm.
• Start and finish times may vary depending on the route and delivery requirements.
• Applicants must be flexible with working hours and live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bromsgrove.

You will need:

• A valid UK driving licence.
• At least two years’ multi-drop van driving experience.
• The ability to meet the requirements of a DBS check. Pertemps will cover the cost.
• A reliable way of getting to the Bromsgrove site.
• Flexibility to accommodate changes to routes and working hours.
• No more than 6 points and no endorsements.

Pay and Contract:

• £13.05 per hour.
• Temp-to-perm assignment, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• DBS check paid for by Pertemps.
