An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full time trainee legal secretary to join their busy, and friendly team.
The role will involve working alongside a talented team supporting fee earners, interacting with clients, audio typing various documents, diary management and general administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will provide legal secretarial support in different departments (on a flexible, floating basis) in accordance with operational need.
This role would suit a law or business graduate or candidates with at least a level 2 secretarial qualification (though not essential) looking for a diverse role with opportunities to learn and develop within a professional, supportive environment.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience in an administrative role, excellent communication skills; the ability to organise and prioritise work; a flexible, pro-active approach; the ability to work under pressure and; the ability to work on own initiative and as a team player.
Experience of audio and copy typing [minimum 60 wpm] would be beneficial.
