Job Description
Pertemps are currently working with a large Leasing company in Sheffield who require a Vehicle Administrator on a Permanent basis with excellent organisational skills to be responsible for:
  • Terminating contracts of vehicles on the system
  • Invoicing any vehicle Damage and any Re-charges
  • Early Termination of Contracts
  • End of Contract Pricing
  • Vehicle movements
  • Liaising with Auctions
  • Invoicing and collating documents and paperwork

Vehicles which have come to the end of their leasing period and are returned, require a certain level of Administration procedures and documents recorded and this role is dealing with all the documents behind this,  involving speaking with collection agents and sorting out any local collections.

This role is working either between 08:30am-5:00pm / 09:00am -5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Ideally our client require someone with a clean driving licence as they may be required to help with some of the local vehicle movements from time to time.
