Maintenance Co-ordinator - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Co-ordinator for our client based in Aylesbury.

Salary: £24,000 - £28.000 (DOE) 

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm


The Role:

To support the Maintenance Manager in the delivery of service and maintenance activity on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all tasks are dealt with in a professional, timely and friendly manner. You will be the pivotal point of contact, working on numerous jobs and requests raised by our customers. You will have to liaise with suppliers and contractors; seeking approval, instructing orders, reviewing schedules, and ensuring costs and service levels are maintained in line with budgets and SLAs, respectively.

Duties:
  • Liaising with the customers, sub-contractors, operatives, and project managers to make sure customer SLA's are met.
  • Co-ordinate reactive works with customer booking and confirming attendance.
  • Review monitor all maintenance call out works and prioritise incoming work orders.
  • Act as helpdesk accepting phone calls, updating clients, and inputting relevant information to the CRM system.
  • Managing general maintenance stock
  • Attending weekly meetings to update on outstanding works.
  • Maintaining update to date records for jobs ensuring all paperwork is completed by sub-contractors and operatives.
  • Generating costing and invoice callouts.
  • Write up estimates and quotation of works and sending to the client.
  • Collaborate with projects team to assist on the creation of estimates for project works.
  • Generate regular reports on maintenance performance, including key performance indicators, budget adherence and resource allocation.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a Maintenance/Scheduling role
  • Great communication skills
  • Organized
  • Transport due to the location
  • Able to use Microsoft packages and CRM systems
