Job Description

Office Administrator - Haddenham

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our Manufacturing client based in Haddenham.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

Hours: 8:30-4:00pm

Duties:
  • Processing quotations of works for customers in a timely fashion, using the internal CRM system.
  • Processing customer orders and taking payments
  • Building great relationship with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Managing a mailbox
  • Answering inbound calls from customers to discuss, company products, deliveries, taking payments and technical enquires. 

Requirement:
  • Previous order processing/administration experience
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Experience using CRM's and Microsoft packages
  • Organised, reliable, and great attention to detail
