Job Description
Position: Breakfast Chef (Temporary to Permanent)
Location: Edinburgh
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour
Rota: 5 days over 7; early starts
The Role:
We are looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join our team in Edinburgh.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving breakfast
- Adhering to breakfast menu specifications with attention to detail.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining optimal stock levels, and providing staff training
- Taking ownership of kitchen expenses, ensuring profitability without compromising on quality.
- Reporting to the head chef
The ideal candidate:

- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting while maintaining composure and efficiency.
