Job Description
Glasgow City Centre
Tuesday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm (22.5 hours per week)
Temporary for 3 months
Are you an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills to join our client in the City Centre on temporary basis for 3 months.
What you'll be doing:
- Processing student assessments
- Responding to student and customer email enquiries
- Loading assessments on to work systems
- Data entry
- General administrative tasks
- Proven administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent data entry and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach
