Reception Administrator - Student Accommodation
Location: Dundee
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hourWe are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Reception Administrator to join our team at a busy student accommodation site in Dundee. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and can deliver excellent service while handling administrative duties with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors in a polite and professional manner
- Responding to enquiries in person, by phone and email, providing clear information and assistance
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the reception and office areas
- Assisting the management team with administrative tasks as required
- Weekly Health and Safety tasks
Skills and Experience:- Previous experience in a reception, administration or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner
