Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and moving large, heavy aluminium panels
- Supporting production processes on the shop floor
- Operating machinery and equipment (training provided where required)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- A valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling of heavy materials
- Willingness to work in a demanding, hands-on environment long term
- Reliable, punctual, and committed – this is not a short-term or temporary stop-gap role
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable
