We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator for a well-established, growing company based in Aldridge. This exciting opportunity to join an expanding and professional organisation on a temporary to permanent basis

The company are looking for a driven, ambitious individual to join their organisation on a temporary basis but could offer long term employment for the right candidate

Duties include:
• Maintain and Support the HR department processing starters, leavers and monitoring leave ensuring all staff files are kept up to date
• Produce letters and contracts for new starters within the business and arranging inductions accordingly
• Maintaining records with GDPR, such as policies, handbooks and contracts and getting the company ready for Audit when needed
• Attending to any general maintenance around the site, and contacting the correct people to sort any issues with broken fixture or boilers etc
• Updating of absence records and ensuring all systems are kept up to date
• Supporting with compliance and ensuring that policies and procedure are being carried out correctly around the site
• Overseeing and other areas needed within the offices

The hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Pay rate: £9 - £10 per hour

This position is for a temporary going position, with views to offer a permanent contract, this position requires someone who can commit to an immediate start
