Immediate start after successful interview
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
06:00-14:00 /14:00-22:00 Rotating weekly *
* (Whilst on initial training period shifts will be 06:00-14:00/10:00-18:00)
Day to Day tasks:
- Process returned stock in the warehouse and update systems accordingly.
- Remove damaged cases and reconfigure pallets for reintegration.
- Conduct weekly stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Flag urgent returns issues to management.
- Audit SSCC labels per process standards.
- Complete KPI tracking and departmental measurement tools.
- Carry out inventory tasks and ad hoc duties to maintain stock integrity.
- Communicate effectively across departments and generate delivery note reports
About you:
- Minimum 2 years administration experience, ideally in a warehouse or logistics.
- Experience using SAP
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
- Takes initiative and ability to manage own workload
- Fluent in English
- Reliable and a “can do” attitude
