£25.5k + Bonus
We are recruiting for an experienced customer service advisor to join the team on behalf of our client based in the Allenton area of Derby.
Working Hours:
You will work a Saturday and Sunday every third week. On these weeks you will get 2 weekdays off.
Monday to Friday 0745-1615 / 0945-1815 on a weekly rotation
Saturday working hours are 0800-1700
Day to day includes
- Acting as first point of contact for customers in person, over the telephone and via e-mail.
- Advise and recommend the clients services dependent on their needs
- Upsell and promote the companies service wherever possible
- Complete administrative tasks, filing, copying and data entry.
- General Housekeeping.
About you
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing role essential, experience in a sales environment would be desirable.
- Confident communicator, ability to advise and recommend options to customers
- Administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Packages.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
- GCSE Pass in Maths and English or equivalent (Please be aware a basic Math's, English and reasoning assessment forms part of the interview process for this role)
