Job Description
Castle Donington | £36,000 p/a | Temporary
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join a global logistics company in Castle Donington. You’ll take charge of the night shift, leading a busy team to keep freight moving safely, smoothly, and on time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating the night shift team
- Overseeing freight loading/unloading & paperwork
- Ensuring H&S compliance (including dangerous goods)
- Driving performance to hit KPIs
- Coaching, training & supporting your team
- Liaising with other departments & customers
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe & efficient
- Covering management duties when required
- At least 2 years in a supervisory/management role in logistics
- Experienced in managing high-volume, diverse teams
- Confident with WMS & Microsoft Office
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification – ESSENTIAL
- Strong communicator & natural problem solver
This is an ongoing temporary role however may be permanent opportunity in the future.
