Regional Business Manager
Location: Northern Ireland
Person specification
» Excellent track record of developing customer relationships and growing regional business within the construction supply chain
» Strong ability to build and maintain long-term, effective working relationships with customers
» Be well organised, self-motivated and professional
» Ability to achieve objectives independently, as well as part of a team
» Must be familiar with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel etc.
» Excellent communication skills over the telephone and in person to both customers and suppliers
» Ability to communicate in multiple languages would be beneficial, but not essential
» Must be based in Northern Ireland, with responsibility for covering the Republic of Ireland, and the ability to travel across Europe
» Must possess a full driving licence
» Must be eligible and able to prove you can work in the UK as the Company does not hold a sponsorship licence.
Your responsibilities
» Drive regional performance against agreed objectives, ensuring effective territory coverage and contribution to divisional growth
» Enhance Metsec’s regional presence within the Cable Management market » Build strong relationships with key distributors and contractors by following up leads and site visits
» Engage with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to support project identification and specification activity within your regions
» Deliver corporate and CPD presentations, along with design software support and product training to customers when required
» Gather and manage regional market intelligence, including major project listings, competitor activity, new products and emerging market opportunities
» Administration, reporting and attendance of internal meetings
