Onsite | Full-time | 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri)

We’re looking for a Production & Warehouse Operative to support our growing operations. If you’re organised, proactive, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be involved in a variety of key production and warehouse tasks, including:
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
- Assembling bespoke tool control kits for customers and internal stock
- Quality checking foam and tooling before production
- Engraving tools and labelling toolboxes/drawers to spec
- Setting up and testing automated tool control systems (training provided)
- Foam fitting into toolbox drawers
- Conducting post-production quality checks and updating documentation
- Picking items from stock and staging areas for projects
We’re after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to doing things right the first time. You should:
- Have experience in a warehouse and/or assembly setting
- Be proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly — both written and verbal
- Be confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Be a strong team player who can also work independently
- Have MHE licenses (preferred, not essential)
- A customer-first mindset
- A focus on quality and getting the details right
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and support continuous improvement
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- A commitment to safety and professionalism
