Pertemps is looking for a high skilled, efficient, HR Administrator for a period of 3-6 months. You will be working within a Local Government's HR area, located in Hemel Hempstead, Herts. This temporary contract requires full-time office hours, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £10-11 per hour.
As HR Administrator your main objective will be (a) to undertake a range of administrative tasks associated with an HR service which reflects the employee journey and (b) to undertake a root and branch overhaul of HR templates to improve their quality and effectiveness for other HR colleagues. This is likely to take the form of checking for grammar and spelling, improving/converting to templates and ensuring that each Directorate uses the same HR letters, templates and administrative processes.
This would suit someone who has an interest in, or experience of working in an HR team and who can be relied upon to have the highest possible levels of confidentiality and integrity. We're also looking for a high skill set in MS Word and Outlook. Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint would be an advantage but are not essential.
