Customer Service Advisor - Tuesday to Saturday - 8am to 5pm
Online home cleaning service is seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their award winning team.
This is a permanent role paying £22,000 plus benefits.
The working hours will be Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
The Customer Service Advisors will deliver exceptional support to their customers and Housekeepers. Duties will include:
- Providing inbound customer support via email, phone, and live chat
- Dealing with a wide range of issues, taking full ownership to find a resolution
- Supporting with projects to promote the growth of the business
- Providing insights and feedback to help improve processes, product, and technology
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous experience in delivering excellent customer experiences
- Experience of working in a call centre environment is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Good IT skills to include proficiency in MS Office Office packages.
- Zendesk experience desirable, but not essential
- Available to work Tuesday to Saturday - 08:00 to 17:00
