A leading self-storage business is seeking a Relief Manager to support stores across South East England. Based from a designated home store, you will travel to nearby locations as required, providing operational support, management cover, and helping to drive sales and customer service standards.

A leading self-storage business is seeking a Relief Manager to support stores across South East England. Based from a designated home store, you will travel to nearby locations as required, providing operational support, management cover, and helping to drive sales and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cover and support across multiple stores within the region.
- Act as a key holder, opening and closing stores when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and convert enquiries into sales.
- Support stores in achieving revenue and occupancy targets.
- Build relationships with local businesses and promote the store within the community.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, health & safety, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate administration, cash handling, and financial controls.
- Support the Regional Manager with day-to-day operational activities.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or store management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales.
- Flexible and comfortable working across different locations.
- Full clean UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).
- Ideally based in or around Reading or Bracknell.
- Salary up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Travel expenses paid when travelling from your base store to other locations.
